Terms of Service for Productra Apps

These Terms apply to all applications developed by Productra, including Traction Foundry, Plansolo, Prompt Catcher, Idea Crush, and others (each an "App", collectively the "Apps" or the "Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Productra App, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Productra operates a range of web-based and mobile applications across various categories. Each App has its own features and may be offered independently through our website, the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other distribution channels.

3. Accounts and Access

3.1 Guest Use

Some of our Apps may be used without creating an account. When used as a guest, your data is typically stored locally on your device or in your browser. Clearing your browser cache or uninstalling the App may permanently delete data stored in guest mode.

3.2 Google Sign-In

Some Apps offer the option to sign in with your Google account to enable features such as cross-device syncing, cloud backups, or account-based access. When you choose to sign in, we collect only the basic authentication information required (such as your name and email address) for this purpose.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account you use to access the Service and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 No Liability for Data Loss

You bear sole responsibility for protecting your data and, where appropriate, keeping your own backups. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your data, whether stored locally or on our servers.

4. User Data and Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or store using the Apps ("Your Content").

4.2 Data Storage Disclaimer

Content created in guest mode generally exists only in your local browser or device storage, and we do not maintain server backups of guest data. For signed-in users, data stored on our servers is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Upload, store, or share illegal content
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
• Distribute malware or interfere with the operation of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Consume excessive resources in a way that degrades the Service for others
• Use the Service to spam, harass, defraud, or harm other users

6. Intellectual Property and Restrictions

6.1 Our IP

All intellectual property rights in the Apps, including software, designs, logos, and content provided by us, are owned by Productra or its licensors.

6.2 No Copying

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written permission.

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us grants Productra a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into our products without any obligation to you.

7. Pricing and Plans

7.1 Free and Paid Apps

Some of our Apps are free to use. Others offer paid plans, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or lifetime upgrades. Pricing details for each App are listed on that App's relevant pricing page.

7.2 Payment and Billing

Payments for subscriptions, in-app purchases, and lifetime plans are handled by third-party providers such as Apple, Google, or our payment processor, according to their own terms. Productra does not directly process or store payment card information.

7.3 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before any pricing change takes effect. If you are on a recurring subscription, any new pricing will apply starting with the next billing cycle after your current paid subscription cycle ends. If you have purchased a lifetime plan, the price you paid remains unchanged for the features covered at the time of purchase.

8. Refunds

Refunds for paid plans and in-app purchases are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. You acknowledge the risk of potential data loss, particularly when using guest mode or when relying on locally stored data.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PRODUCTRA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in question during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if the App is free, the equivalent of US $0.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Productra from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have an account, you may request deletion of your data through our Data Deletion page.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, particularly in the event of a violation of these Terms.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases immediately. Data for signed-in users will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required to retain it by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.

14. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle information when you use the Apps.

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Productra regarding the Apps.

15.2 Severability

If any provision is found invalid, it shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

15.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. Productra may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
