Plansolo Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Plansolo, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
Plansolo is a web-based weekly planner and Kanban board productivity tool that allows users to create, organize, track, and manage tasks, projects, and schedules.
3. No Account Required; Optional Google Login
3.1 Guest Use
You may use Plansolo without creating an account. As a guest, all data is stored locally in your browser cache. Deleting your browser cache while in guest mode will result in the deletion of your data.
3.2 Optional Google Login
You may optionally log in with your Google account to access your data across devices. We collect only basic authentication information (email and name) for this purpose.
3.3 No Liability for Data Loss
You bear sole responsibility for protecting your data. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your data.
4. User Data and Content
4.1 Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create in Plansolo.
4.2 License to Operate
By using the Service, you grant Plansolo a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, store, display, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
4.3 Data Storage Disclaimer
Guest data exists only in your local browser storage. We do not maintain server backups for guest data.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal content
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Service
- Distribute malware
- Reverse engineer the Service
- Consume excessive resources that degrade the Service for others
6. Intellectual Property and Restrictions

All intellectual property rights in Plansolo are owned by us or our licensors.

Plansolo is currently offered at no cost.

We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future. We will provide reasonable notice before implementing any pricing changes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. You acknowledge the risk of potential data loss, particularly in guest mode.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL PLANSOLO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. As the Service is currently free, our maximum liability is $0.

Upon termination, your access ceases immediately. Data for logged-in users will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. Plansolo may assign its rights without restriction.
