Privacy Policy for Productra Apps

This policy applies to all applications developed by Productra, including Plansolo, Shootsolo, and others.

Productra (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates various mobile and software applications (the “Apps”). This privacy policy explains how we handle your information when you use our Apps.

We believe strongly in user privacy. This policy is designed to inform you that we do not collect, store, or share any personal information about you, with the exceptions noted below.

1. Information We Collect

We adhere to a strict minimal-data philosophy. The only information we have access to falls into two categories:

A. Data Required for Functionality

Some of our Apps require access to specific data on your device to perform their core functions. This data remains on your device unless you choose to share it. This may include:

  • Photos or Media: If an App requires image editing or selection, we may access your photo library only with your permission to allow you to select a file to work on.

  • Files and Documents: If an App is a productivity tool, we may access your device storage to open, save, or manage files as you direct.

  • Device Permissions: (e.g., Camera, Microphone, Location). Some Apps may request access to hardware features strictly to provide a specific feature (e.g., using the camera to record or take a pic). We do not record or store this data unless explicitly required for the task you are performing.

Crucially: This functional data is processed locally on your device or temporarily in memory to perform the task you requested. We do not transmit this data to our servers unless you explicitly initiate a backup or export feature.

B. Analytics (Anonymous)

To understand how our Apps are performing and to fix bugs, we may use anonymized analytics tools (such as Apple App Store Connect, Google Play Console, or similar first-party platform analytics).

  • What is collected: We only collect aggregated, anonymous data. This includes crash logs, device type (e.g., iPhone 15, Pixel 8), operating system version, and general usage statistics (e.g., “Feature X was clicked 100 times today”).

  • What is NOT collected: These analytics do not contain any personal information, such as your name, email address, IP address, or unique device identifiers that can be tied back to you.

2. No Personal Information Collection

We want to be absolutely clear: Productra does not collect, store, or sell any personal information.

We do not require you to create accounts to use our Apps. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or payment information within the Apps (unless a specific App requires a license key purchased via a third-party store, which is handled by Apple/Google, not by us).

3. Third-Party Services

Our Apps do not contain third-party tracking software (such as Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, or advertising SDKs) that collect personal data. If any App requires integration with a third-party service (e.g., cloud storage backup like iCloud or Google Drive), that integration is initiated by you, and any data transfer is governed by that third party’s privacy policy.

4. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
